I think about steel bridges and a Michael Chabon novel, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, that I’ve been meaning to read for ages.
What books are on your nightstand?
Just one. David Foster Wallace’s Infinite Jest.
Is there a book you’d like to see made into a film?
I’d love to see Benjamin Wood’s latest novel, The Ecliptic, made into a film. It’s a fantastic book and I think it would work beautifully on the screen.
